This Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Vinkora uses on its website (vinkora.net) and in the CRM (crm.vinkora.net), what they are used for, and how you can manage them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device when you visit it. Cookies enable the website to function, remember your preferences, or measure its use. We also use similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, for comparable purposes.
2. Your choice
When you visit vinkora.net, you will see a cookie notice. Analytics cookies are enabled by default: you may accept, reject, or configure them, and change your choice at any time. We store your choice for 12 months. If you reject them, Google Analytics stops storing cookies in your browser and we delete any that already existed.

- Google Tag Manager, which we use to manage tags, does not store cookies by itself.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address but does not store cookies.
- The WhatsApp button takes you to WhatsApp, which applies its own privacy policy.

The CRM does not use advertising cookies. If you block essential cookies, you will not be able to sign in.
5. Third-party cookies when connecting integrations
When you connect integrations or sign in to third-party services (for example, Google or Meta), those platforms may use their own cookies on their domains. Their processing is governed by their respective policies.
6. How to manage them
In addition to the "Cookie settings" button on this page, you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View and delete stored cookies.
- Block third-party cookies.
- Receive a notice before a cookie is stored.
You can also opt out of Google Analytics on all websites by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
